Rates 2010:
Jan 1st to June 26th inclusive- (two night minimum) $159 a night including taxes and a gourmet breakfast, double occupancy, two bedroom four guests $199 a night including taxes and a gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite.
June 27th to September 5th inclusive- (two night minimum) $169 a night including taxes and a gourmet breakfast, double occupancy, two bedroom four guests $209 a night including taxes and a gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite.
Sept 6th to December 31th inclusive- (two night minimum) $159 a night including taxes and a gourmet breakfast, double occupancy, two bedroom four guests $199 a night including taxes and a gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite. We offer a 10% discount to reservations with a duration over one week, and we also don't up charge for Ironman week! Upon reservation you will receive an email or phone call. We will furnish a receipt for your stay to be mailed and emailed.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least a 30 day notice of cancellation or a 25% cancellation fee will apply (based upon booked weekly or daily rate). We will do our best to re-book the home if a cancellation occurs, and if we are successful, the cancellation fee will be refunded less a $25.00 processing charge. Pets:

Our home is completely NON-Smoking- that includes the patios and gazebo.
Check in Time
Check in time will be 4:00 PM.
Check Out Time
Check out time ll:00 AM (unless previous arrangements have been made)
We have a paved parking area in front of the home that can accommodate two cars and if you need extra parking please let us know so we can make arrangements.
We key the lock to the last four digits of your home number or cellular, the entrance is clearly marked on the side of the house.
Quiet Time:
We do have a strict quiet time, our neighbors are important to us and we ask you keep the noise down after 10:00pm.
