Need to Know!

Rates:

Jan 1st to June 14th inclusive $1785.00 weekly rental includes taxes (three night minimum).

June 15th to September 6th inclusive $2450.00 weekly rental includes taxes (one week minimum rental, Saturday to Saturday).

Sept 7th to December 31th inclusive $1785.00 weekly rental includes taxes (three night minimum).

Rate per night for the off season stays of a two night minimum is $260.00 per night including taxes.

We offer a 10% discount to reservations with a duration over one week, and we also dont upcharge for Ironman week!

We also offer a B and B option for those who need less space and more pampering. Please E-mail or call for particulars, rate is $169.00 per night inclusive of taxes. B and B available year round excepting June 27th through September 6th inclusive. Walk ups welcome, minimum stay is one night!

Douglas Avenue Cottage (Penticton)

For those interested in more modest accommodation in Penticton, our centrally located Douglas Ave. cottage is available for $170.00 per night. Please e-mail us for availability.

Booking:

Reservations are made with a preauthorized visa or mastercard with payment in full due upon checkout. Upon reservation you will recieve an email or phone call. We will furnish a receipt for your stay to be mailed and emailed.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least a 30 day notice of cancellation or a 25% cancellation fee will apply (based upon booked weekly or daily rate).  We will do our best to re-book the home if a cancellation occurs, and if we are sucessful, the cancellation fee will be refunded less a $25.00 processing charge.

Cleaning Policy: 

Please treat our home as if it was your own, and leave it in the condition you found it. If the home is left uncleaned, a  $150 cleaning charge will be applied.  We provide you will all soaps, detergents and cleaning supplies.  Towels and linens are not expected to be cleaned.

Pets:

Although our home is not Horse, Goat, Sheep or Snake friendly, we do allow one dog or cat, and any damage noted after checkout above normal wear and tear will be documented, and then billed to the booking credit card.

Children:

We do allow children, however please remember this is an open concept loft home with open stairs, hot tub and a naturally flowing creek at the back of the property.

Check in Time

Check in time will be 4:00 PM.

Check Out Time

Check out time ll:00 AM (unless previous arrangements have been made)

Off street parking can accomodate four cars and is located at the back of the property.  Garage is not available.

We key the locks to the last four digits of your home  or cellular number, both the door to the kitchen, entered at the back of the property through the sunporch, as well the master suite at the top of the outside staircase will be keyed with the same number.
